These are ordinary signs, in plain language. You do not need a report to notice them.
An empty photo strip looks like a shop that closed. Most people will not tap through.
If Maps cannot tell when you are open, it will send the neighbor to someone who listed hours.
A blank About section does not say what you do, who you serve, or why to call you.
Unanswered reviews read as abandoned. Even a short, honest reply helps.
A dentist listed as a consultant, a plumber listed as a contractor with no trade — the listing will not match the search.
If they cannot call, click, or tell whether you cover their town, they move on.
Who it’s for
If you run the place yourself — or you are the person who would have to sit down and fix the listing after close — this is for you. National chains and franchises with a corporate team already filling this in are not the customer.

How it works
Step 1
We look up the Google Business Profile, or you send the link. Outreach may include a free audit screenshot. That screenshot is free. The rebuild is not.
Step 2
Payment is due before we do delivery work beyond that free screenshot. There is no checkout on this site yet. Email hello@profilerescue.com and we will follow up with how to pay.
Step 3
We send plain instructions. You grant Manager access from your Google account. We never ask for your Google password. You can remove us whenever you want.
Step 4
Name, category, hours, phone, website, service area, description, products, photo plan, Q&A, and review-reply templates — the $197 job, done in order.
Step 5
$49 a month after Rescue, if you want posts, a photo drip, and review replies handled. Skip it if you only wanted the rebuild.
Town by town
This is not a national spray of cold emails. We work a town, rebuild the listings that need it, and then we move. If your shop is in a town we have not gotten to yet, email anyway — write hello@profilerescue.com and we will tell you plainly whether we can take it now.
How we operate
Plain answers
No. We are Profile Rescue. We repair listings on Google’s product. We are not Google, and we will not write or speak as if we are.
No. You invite us as Manager from your own account. We send instructions. You can remove that access at any time.
No. We will not. If someone asks us to, we will refuse.

Then don’t take it. Profile Rescue is a one-time $197 rebuild. The monthly plan is optional after that.
You do. We give you a photo plan — what to shoot, how many, what belongs on the listing. We do not show up with a camera unless we separately agree to that, which is not part of the $197.
